I understand that Mr Cameron and his board intend to convert Scottish UK shares to non-voting stock, to prevent any possibility of a friendly takeover and their losing control of UK Plc, in return for being stupid enough to believe their promise of a change for the better....

This is the triumph of those Scots MPs who valued having their snout in the trough of Westminster above all else... their reward for service rendered ;
