This indeed creates a strange world, where man is god, and man made machine our only saviour and hope for continued existance.

Censored by the Herald..all Scots opinion not approved of by their US Corporate publishers

Wedensday the 28th...this comment was censored by the Herald,and did not appear no doubt because it does not tally with their Corporate world view and gives the lie or at least tries to, Mr Murphy and his claims...

I give up, there is no part of the MSM in Scotland that allows freedom of speech, unless of rabid Project Fear supporters, I have cancelled my subscription and shall not bother ever to buy any of their US Corporate rags again...I note in passing that their nominally Independent publications are in reality just cynical corporate vehicles with which they can sell their drivel...their only on line site for the  National being one page to sell  subscriptions, where no doubt similar censorship on Scottish opinion will be the order of their Corporate day...

thank god for the internet and twitter, they have not managed to censor Scottish opinions entirely from Scotland and the world...below is the comment unfit to be read in the Herald ;

comment submitted to the Herald this morning,,,(26th Jan 15)

Just for the sake of argument, suppose we accept Murphys' premise that the nations safety depends crucially upon the existance, undetected, of one boat at sea.

This  indeed creates a  strange world, where man is god, and man made machine our only saviour and hope for continued existance.

A  dreadful, fragile and precarious world, forever hanging by a single thread over the abyss of oblivion.

When that one boat is something as complex and  highly stressed  as a nuclear powered submarine, armed with world destroying weapons, to say nothing about it being readily intercepted,( has to go up and down the Clyde, don't cha know)  we can begin to see the  extent of the morbid delusions we must embrace,   along with the strange schoolboy world of make believe that Westminster has become, should we be so lacking in self-respect and any belief in humanity as to elect any Labour MPs at all in any circumstance, ever again.

The premise that we are preserved by the destructive power of nuclear weapons as we have not (yet) been consumed by a nuclear holocaust launched by some unknown enemy who are thwarted in their desire to  annihilate life on earth only by our possessing unuseable weapons of annihilation is merely circular argument of profound deficiency .
