where Enoch Powell went wrong, in his oddly optimistic assessment of political lives, was of course his apparent or implied belief that political lives are not equally commonly born of inability and pursued by nonstarters to continue happily in that vein in the Palace of Failure otherwise known as Westminster, until such times as their self-created entitlement to fine free homes and fantastical pensions as a reward for a few short years of failure enable them to enjoy the fruits of their failure at the taxpayers expense, for evermore.

What really, truly terrifies the professional failures of the British establishment as they blatantly sack the last remnants of the Kingdom and bring it to ruin, having long since surrendered all meaningful sovereignty to the EUs' corporate vehicle of conquest and the systematic destruction of democracy, is any man who stands and fights for the right of a people to self determination.

Damn nearly succeeded.
